LLQP Program and Platform Update
Important update for LLQP learners registered before August 10, 2026
BCC has launched a new LLQP program on ReadyEngine™, and we will no longer be selling the current LLQP program to new learners. This does not change your access to the program you already purchased.
If you are currently enrolled in BCC's LLQP program on the current platform, you will continue to have 12 months from your registration date to complete your course. During that time, BCC will continue to support you with learner support, course access, certification exams, and office hours.
We know changes like this can raise questions. Please know that your learning still matters to us, your program is still valid, and we're here to help you complete it with confidence.
If you registered for our LLQP program before August 10, 2026, it remains valid, supported, and available to complete.
You still have 12 months to complete
You have 12 months from your original registration date to complete your LLQP program.
Support is continuing
Learner support and instructor support will continue during your access period, including office hours for learners who have office hours included or added to their program.
No transfer is available
Current-platform learners cannot be transferred into the new ReadyEngine™ platform because there is no simple migration path between the two systems of learning. Your progress, exams, and course access will remain in your current platform.
What this means for current learners
If you are already enrolled in the current LLQP program:
- You will continue to access your course on the current platform.
- You will have 12 months from your registration date to complete the program.
- Your program remains valid.
- Your course progress will remain on the current platform.
- Learner support will continue during your access period.
- Office hours will continue for eligible learners.
- You do not need to repurchase the program because of this change.
Why learners cannot transfer to the new platform
We understand some learners may wonder whether they can move into the new ReadyEngine™ platform. Unfortunately, current LLQP learners cannot be transferred to the new platform because there is no simple migration path between the two systems.
To protect your progress and avoid disruption, current learners will continue completing their program on the platform where they started.
What support is available
You are not being left to complete the program on your own. BCC will continue supporting current LLQP learners during their access period.
Support includes:
- Help accessing and navigating your current course
- Support with course-related questions
- Certification exam support
- Continued office hours for learners who have access to them
- Assistance with next steps after completion
What learners should do now
To stay on track, we recommend that you:
- Log in (opens in a new tab) to your current LLQP course.
- Review your registration date and confirm your course expiry timeline.
- Create a study schedule that gives you enough time to complete your modules and certification exams.
- Attend office hours if you need extra support.
- Contact learner support if you are unsure about your next step.
Once you complete your required certification exams, BCC will continue to update your CIPR record so you can move forward with your provincial licensing exam process.
