Verified Identity, Every Exam
Government photo ID at account setup, and a live face match before every exam opens. The exam does not open until every check passes.
LLQP EXAM INTEGRITY
AT A GLANCE
HOW IT WORKS
Verification is not a step your candidates book. It runs inside the exam itself, from the moment an account is created to the moment a result is approved.
Government photo ID at account setup, and a live face match before every exam opens. The exam does not open until every check passes.
Anything flagged goes to a proctor who reviews the footage in context. No candidate is passed or failed by software.
Proctoring is part of the exam itself. No test centres, no appointments, no waiting for a proctor to be free.
LearnerVerified Plus comes with every LLQP certification exam we deliver. No separate proctoring fee, and nothing to opt into.
Before a candidate reaches an exam, they verify their identity to activate their account. They capture their government photo ID with their smartphone, and a live face photo is matched to the photo on the ID. The name on the ID is matched to the name on the account.
The candidate acknowledges the exam rules. The system tests camera, microphone, and connection, so technical problems surface before the exam rather than in the middle of it. Identity is confirmed again. The exam opens only after every check passes.
The session is recorded on video and screen, with stills captured throughout. It's monitored for a second face in frame, the candidate leaving frame, an unrecognized face, a second display in use, remote control or screen overlay software, the browser losing focus, and voices in the background. Virtual cameras and virtual machines are detected, so a pre-recorded feed cannot be substituted for a live one. Content protection prevents exam questions from being copied out of the session.
The candidate sees their own webcam preview the entire time. Nothing happens out of sight, and visible monitoring does a great deal of the work on its own.
Every session is scored against the flags raised. Clean sessions are approved. Any session with anomalies goes to a proctor who reviews the footage and decides. The video, images, and full flag log stay attached to the session for the retention period, as the evidence record for that candidate.
Once a candidate passes, we update their CIPR record so they can register for their provincial licensing exam through their provincial insurance council or regulator.
FOR CANDIDATES
You verify your identity once when you set up your account. You photograph your government ID with your phone, and take a quick face photo so we can match the two.
Before each certification exam, you confirm your identity again. The system checks your camera, microphone, and connection first, so nothing surprises you partway through.
During the exam, your video and screen are recorded. You can see your own camera preview the whole time, so you always know what is being captured.
You know the rules before you start, and your equipment is checked before the exam rather than after something goes wrong. A person reviews anything flagged, not software.
You write from home, at a time that works for you. No test centre, no appointment.
The reason this exists is simple. You are going to work hard for this licence. The certificate should mean that, and the people who put in the work are the ones who benefit most from nobody being able to skip it.
FOR FIRMS
You carry the cost of every recruit until they produce, and the exposure if one of them is licensed before they are ready. Verification turns a certificate into something you can act on.
You need to know which candidates are genuinely progressing and which need support, without chasing anyone for an update. Verified results make your reporting mean something.
Every advisor who carries your name reached that point through one checkpoint. This is the one that confirms they earned it.
WHY IT MATTERS
Online LLQP certification exams have typically been written alone. Unsupervised, on the candidate's own computer, with nothing standing between a recruit and a passing grade except good intentions. The tools for getting around good intentions are now free, easy, and openly discussed.
The provincial LLQP exam is supervised by your provincial regulator, and your government photo ID is checked before you write. When certification exams are verified, the only route through is to learn the material, so candidates arrive at the provincial exam actually prepared.
An underprepared advisor in front of a client becomes your compliance problem, your errors and omissions exposure, and your brand on the complaint. When a recruit passes a verified exam, the person who passed is the person you hired, and they did it without help.
When your compliance team, your carrier, or a regulator asks how you know your advisors were properly trained, each certification exam now produces its own record. You produce it instead of describing it.
No test centres, no appointments, no scheduled proctor windows. Your recruits write from home, in their own time zone. And we handle verification, monitoring, and review, so your recruiting team does not become an exam integrity department.
READYENGINE™
Verification answers who wrote the exam. ReadyRating™ answers whether they were ready to write it.
Your candidates study on ReadyEngine™, our readiness intelligence platform. It assesses where each one actually stands, builds their study plan around the gaps that matter, and produces a live ReadyRating™ from 1 to 5. The score draws on demonstrated mastery, consistency, pacing, and retention, and it is built so one good session cannot inflate it.
We recommend LLQP candidates reach Level 4 before booking. To book, they need at least Level 3 and two passed practice exams. At Level 5, their preparation is backed by our Pass Guarantee. If they finish every lesson, reach Level 5 before their first attempt and then fail two official attempts, we refund the course in full.
You see that score for every candidate you sponsor, so you know who is on track and who needs support without asking.
By the time one of your recruits writes, two things are true. They have demonstrated mastery of the material, and we know it is them.
WHY BCC
BCC's LLQP courses run on ReadyEngine™, the readiness platform behind BCC programs including CIRO exam prep and LLQP. LearnerVerified Plus is the integrity layer inside it.
ReadyEngine was engineered for high-stakes professional licensing. It was first deployed in Alberta real estate licensing through Relo.ca. The same engine now runs the LLQP modules: Life Insurance, Accident & Sickness, Segregated Funds and Annuities, and Ethics and Professional Practice.
Business Career College has worked in Canadian financial services education since 1997. BCC and ReadyEngine are powered by We Know Training, which has supported online education across regulated industries for more than 20 years.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. Every certification exam includes LearnerVerified Plus, which combines government photo ID verification with full session proctoring. Identity is checked when you create your account and again before each exam opens.
No. Proctoring is built into the exam itself, so there are no test centres, appointments, or scheduled proctor windows. You write from home, in your own time zone, once you meet the booking requirements. Proctoring is virtual, so nobody is watching in real time. Your session is recorded and checked automatically, and a proctor only reviews the footage afterward if something is flagged.
A laptop or desktop for the exam, a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, valid government photo ID, and a smartphone to photograph that ID. You verify once at account setup and again before each exam.
Nobody is watching in real time, and anything flagged goes to a proctor who reviews the footage in context before any decision is made.
Yes. LearnerVerified™ Plus is included in every LLQP program at no additional cost. There is no separate proctoring fee.
Completion tells you a candidate finished. Verification tells you who finished and under what conditions. One is an activity record, the other is evidence you can put in front of a carrier or a regulator.
BCC's certification exams come first, and LearnerVerified Plus proctors those. The provincial licensing exam comes after, administered and supervised by your provincial insurance council or regulator. Once a candidate passes their certification exams, we update their CIPR record so they can register for the provincial exam.
No. Proctoring is built into the exam itself, so there are no test centres, appointments, or scheduled proctor windows. Candidates write from home, and verification adds minutes to an exam rather than days to a licensing timeline.
Yes. You get a live ReadyRating™ for every candidate you sponsor, so you can see who is on track and who needs support before anyone books an exam.
