A Note for Our Financial Planning Students

As of April 30, 2025, our CFP® and QAFP™ certification courses are no longer available for purchase. In collaboration with FP Canada, we’re transitioning away from offering these programs — but if you’re currently enrolled, you can still complete your course with us through August 29, 2025.

You may also have the option to continue your learning directly with FP Canada — and we’re here to help you explore what path makes the most sense for you.

Visit our Changes to Our Financial Planner Certification Courses page for full details, including how to request your transcript or understand your transfer options.

This change does not affect our CFP® and QAFP™ Exam Prep courses, which remain available and fully supported.

Not sure what to do next? Whether you're just starting out or partway through your certification, we're here to guide you. Reach out to us — we’ll help you move forward with confidence.

Designations can help you level your career

Earning a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation can significantly elevate your career progression, earnings, and seniority. These credentials represent a high level of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to the field of financial planning.

With a CFP or QAFP designation, professionals gain a comprehensive understanding of various financial aspects, including investment planning, tax management, retirement planning, and estate planning. This knowledge and expertise instil confidence in clients, as they trust that their financial affairs are in the hands of a qualified and competent advisor

Obtaining these designations involves rigorous education, examinations, and ongoing professional development. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that CFPs and QAFPs stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, allowing them to offer cutting-edge advice and solutions to their clients.
